Welcome to Dining Guide Chiang Mai

ไทย
Now that the hottest part of the year draws to an end and we are entering the cooler rainy season, people may start to feel more inclined again to opt for heavier dishes, such as steaks. As one of the most popular American dishes, steak can be interpreted to be the 'culinary ambassador' of the United States, thus adopting a particular symbolic significance during national holidays like the US Independence Day. Since this issue of the Dining Guide coincides with this important day, we have decided to dedicate this edition's Feature Story to steaks. The information provided herein will help readers refresh their understanding of this special dish, and get to know some of the finest places for steak in town. This, of course, comes in addition to our usual restaurant recommendations contained in this publication. Happy Dining Out

P.S.: We do not promote the killing of animals for human consumption. As a dining publication, however, our aim is to provide culinary information and respect everyone's freedom to make their own conscious decisions about what type of food to consume.
