Steamed Fish with Whiskey Dressing

Seasoning:
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Whiskey
Ingredients:
1 whole fish (saltwater fish better than freshwater fish)
2 stalks spring onions - cut into 1 inch length
large red chillie - thin sliced
4-5 pieces of Coriander - thin sliced
1 tbsp. Ginger - thin sliced
Preparation:
1. Steam the whole fish for 20 minutes. After that take it out from the steamer.
2. Put all ingredients on the fish3.
Heat cooking oil in the Wok for about 2 minutes, turn the heat off and pour oil over the fish.
4. Heat soy sauce in the Wok and pour over the fish.
5. Finally, heat Whiskey in the Wok and also pour over the fish
SERVE HOT!
